My system does not boot-up

My system does not boot-up:
Ensure that system is connected to AC power.
Ensure that circuit breaker is "ON" on the rear panel of the system.
If system still can't boot up, please call GE Healthcare Service Center. See 'How can I contact GE service' section. (FAQs -> Maintenance)
